Media City in the gloom, 15th August 2011. This is probably one of the nicest angles of MediaCityUK I’ve seen. A lot of the other buildings just look like big glass cubes plonked on the quayside, and to be fair these buildings lack a little character themselves. Bit of a shame, really, considering the development is supposed to be the new home of such a creative industry. Photograph by Simon Plumb.
